Choosing Products
As you browse our website, please
click on the 
to the left of the product(s) you wish to
order. You will notice that the ORDER summary, which can be found
towards the bottom left corner of your browser, is
updated with the product you
have selected. If you select a product by mistake, click
on the 
to the left of the product in the ORDER summary and it will be deleted.
Payment Methods
1. Credit/Debit
Card
After selecting the products you wish to order,
click on the ORDER link, which can be found towards the bottom
left corner of your browser. You will be
connected to our secure server and presented with full
details of your order, and a form for filling in your
personal payment details. After filling in this form you
can either order online using the Submit
button, these details will be encrypted before the
information is sent to us ensuring that the details you
give remain private and confidential, or you can print
the form to fax to us on +44 (0)870 737 9171 or you
can telephone us on +44 (0)870 737 9171 and quote your order details. If
you Submit your order online, please
wait for your invoice.
Delivery / Despatch
The price for delivery is calculated automatically for your Country. Most products are despatched the same day working day! - if ordered before 3pm GMT. If we are unable to despatch a product to you within 1 working day of your order, we will email you with delivery details and give you the option to cancel your order. (Email Version products, will usually be Emailed to you instantly)
As a guide to delivery times, we aim to deliver to the UK in 2-3 working days, Western Europe in 3-4 working days, Former USSR Countries and Eastern Europe in 5-7 working days and the rest of the world in 5-10 working days.

Notes
1. For some software, you
can order the Email Version. The software will be emailed
to you, saving you time and money, as there is no postage
cost, and no delivery delay.
2. For some software you can save money by ordering the
Email Version, or if available, you can order the
complete retail package of a product and get the email
version. If available, select both the EV (Email Version)
of the product and also the retail package/manual option
below it.
3. It is possible that the ORDER summary can get out of sync when the
browsers back button is used. Even if the display is out
of sync when you click on the ORDER link, the correct products will be
detailed in your order confirmation.
