Sequencers
VAZ Modular can be sequenced, multi-timbrally,
by sequencing software that supports the VSTi / DXi plug-in standards, as well
as those that don't (but they must output MIDI data). VAZ Modular provides three
built-in sequencers which, when used in conjunction with other applications, can
be synchronized with the VSTi or DXi host, or via MIDI. All three types of
sequencer can be used, if required, for each synthesizer.
Note Sequencer
This is accessed via the CV Converter
Module. In addition to notes, it allows a couple of control values to be used at
each note step. These can be used to alter vitually any synthesizer parameter,
and also tempo or gate...
Control Sequencer
As you can see, this replaces the Pattern section of the above with a
further 2 control outputs...
Trigger Sequencer
This implements the sequencing side of a drum box, providing an
interface with similar features to the Roland x0x series of drum
machines...
